I stayed at a nice and clean room at Holiday Inn for a weekend trip with my girlfriend. The staff at the counter was friendly and quickly resolved an issue with our room key. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast, although not included, was delicious, especially the buttermilk waffles and sausage. We appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the lobby as well.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the check-in person and the driver who took me to my conference. The cleaning and kitchen staff were nice, except for one lady. The bed was really comfortable and the room didn't smell like cigarettes, which is a rarity in my experience. The hotel was also close to food service areas, which was convenient.
