I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in downtown St. Paul for one night. The hotel provided a safe and secure feeling, which was excellent. The rooms had been redecorated and featured new mattresses, pillows, and a convenient Kuerig coffee maker. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the Xcel Center, making it a great choice if you're attending a game or concert. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a central location for dining options. The friendly staff at check-in even called to let us know our food delivery was on its way. The service overall was fantastic, and I would give them a solid A for their willingness to accommodate our group member who couldn't use the elevator.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, especially if you're attending a concert or event at the nearby Roy Wilkins Auditorium or hockey arena. It's also conveniently close to the Mall of America and the airport, making it easy to catch a bus for shopping or your flight. The staff here are friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and a separate bedroom area. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus, starting our day off right.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the bathtub. Upon stepping in, there was a layer of "gunk" at the bottom, and the supposed non-slip surface was a mess.
