The front desk clerk, Venus, was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us with printing our water park passes. The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage space. The shower was easily accessible with a walk-in design. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. The fitness area was well equipped and the hotel offered free laundry for guests. Despite a minor inconvenience with the pool being out of service, our overall stay was enjoyable.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to many local attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and inviting. The cost is also very reasonable and doesn't depend on the number of guests staying in the room. I appreciate that this hotel makes sure every guest feels welcomed and comfortable during their stay.

The rooms had a nice layout, with a sitting area adjacent to the sleeping area and a mini-kitchen with all the necessary dishes. There were some cleanliness issues in the hotel, such as little hairs on the toilet seat and spots in the parking lot covered in vomit.

The hotel offered great amenities, including plenty of furniture in the room and a complimentary breakfast. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.

There were a few issues, including a broken ice machine and a door handle that was not fixed during our stay. The noise level was high and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The clean and inviting rooms had plenty of space for our family with a comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and fitness area were enjoyable and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
