The hotel location was perfect for us, with a grocery store and shopping center nearby. It was close to Seaworld but far away from the city center. Our suite was spacious, with a well-functioning A/C. The staff was professional and very helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed the complementary happy hour drinks and food. The hotel was clean, and common areas were well-maintained.

The housekeeping service could have been better, as our room wasn't serviced regularly, and we had to ask for towels every night.

The beds were excellent, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The outstanding breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the staff, especially Steve, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests.

The room cleaning was occasionally late, and some minor maintenance issues were overlooked by the staff upon arrival. However, overall, these were minor inconveniences and did not greatly impact the stay.

The hotel was exceptional in terms of its location – it was easy to get to the airport and highways, and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was attentive and caring, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with new equipment and double beds that were perfect for families. The breakfast was included and served in plastic plates which was quite convenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our holiday. It was just a short drive away from SeaWorld, which made it convenient for us to visit. One of the things that stood out to me about this hotel was its attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the rooms were maintained very clean. The staff seemed to go above and beyond in making sure everything was spotless. I also appreciated the variety of creamers available for the in-room coffee maker. It's those little touches that make a difference. Additionally, having a full kitchen in the room was a great convenience, especially for longer stays. And I must mention that the double beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Great location surrounded by many stores and restaurants. Comfortable room with all the amenities of a 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff promptly addressed maintenance issues. Enjoyed the evening receptions and the breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.
