The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms which were serviced daily. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the priority given to visitors at the rooftop bar seemed to overshadow the needs of the hotel guests.

the housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent, with our room not being serviced until late in the afternoon on one occasion. Overall though, our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time exploring the city during the holiday season.

The restaurant and bar area were also impressive, offering a wide range of delicious food and drinks.

The location was great, with easy access to the West Village and downtown.
