The location is perfect, with easy access to Teton National Park and a multitude of restaurants and outdoor activities. The staff at this place went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the concierge service was top-notch, providing helpful information on how to explore the nearby parks and where to find the best dining options. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning all readily available. The hotel amenities were superb, with a spa and wellness center featuring a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The outdoor heated swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of service here.

While my stay at this hotel was fantastic, I did find that the housekeeping service was inconsistent with refreshing the room and often came at inconvenient times, usually way too early. However, this small issue did not detract from the overall positive experience I had.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The location was incredibly convenient, just steps away from the tram leading to the Gondola. The staff here is top-notch, from the friendly receptionist to the bell boy who helped us with our luggage. The service provided by the housekeeping staff daily was remarkable, and we felt very well-taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the spa services, including the heated swimming pool and sauna, were incredibly relaxing and luxurious.

The location of Hotel Terra is perfect, with easy access to local lifts and attractions like Jackson Hole, Grand Teton Park, and Yellowstone Park. The room's full kitchen is excellent for vegetarians and vegans, and all appliances are in good working condition. The staff is kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers convenient and free parking, and the Italian restaurant, Osteria, is amazing. There are also lots of fun activities for small kids in the garden/plaza outside.

I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Terra in Jackson Hole. The service was impeccable. I arrived late at night with a flat tire, and to my surprise, the staff already knew my name and really made me feel welcomed. Hector at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and took care of my car and tire. I woke up the next morning to find everything sorted out. Outstanding service!

We had a fantastic stay at Terra Jackson Hole, A Noble House Resort. The concierge, Evan, was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The Urban Studio room was cozy and perfect for a couple, with a surprisingly comfortable Murphy bed. The fireplace and deep soaking, jetted tub added a touch of luxury to our anniversary celebration. The Chill Spa on the 6th floor was a highlight, offering a relaxing couples massage and a rooftop hot tub with breathtaking views. Despite being away from downtown Jackson, Teton Village had a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of attractions to explore. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, right next to the tram and the Gondola. It made it so convenient for me to access all the amazing activities in the area. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly and efficient staff at the reception to the attentive housekeeping staff. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent room service. The amenities in the rooms were fabulous, with comfortable beds, a mini-bar, and all the necessary facilities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the turn-down service was a nice touch. I also loved the environmentally-friendly principles used in the building and decorating of the hotel.

I loved the convenience of ski in/ski out and being steps away from the local lifts. The staff was super friendly at both the front desk and ski valet. The room had a full kitchen with all appliances in working order. The exercise room had all the equipment I needed and the pool I used was beautiful. The location was perfect, being close to Grand Teton Park and just a short drive to Jackson.
