My husband and I recently stayed at the House of 1833 B&B for a weekend getaway. The hosts Evan and Robert were truly exceptional, making us feel like family. They shared fascinating stories about the history of the building and its furnishings, creating an immersive experience. The breakfasts were gourmet and delicious, with each morning offering something unique. Our room, the Peach Room, had a stunning antique Chinese wedding bed and a private porch overlooking beautiful gardens. The bathroom was luxurious with a jacuzzi tub for two. We highly recommend this truly special B&B.

We had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast. The Veranda room was stunning, with a cozy fireplace and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel were top-notch. The breakfast served until late in the morning was absolutely delicious, and the innkeeper was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within close proximity to the seaport and everything this city has to offer.

We had a great time during our city trip! The complementary water in the fridge was refreshing and we loved having parking on site. , the key location made it easy to get around and explore the area.

While the pool was nice and clean, the pool towels were really old and needed replacing. The gardens leading to the pool and around the house were a bit overgrown and uncomfortable to navigate.

The staff at the House Of 1833 B&B were wonderful and provided excellent service. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. I loved the cozy fireplace in my room and the complimentary sherry was a nice touch. The blueberry muffins were a highlight of the breakfast. The furnishings in the house were also impressive, and I could spend a whole day exploring them.

I felt right at home during my stay and had no complaints.
