The location was perfect, right near the subway system and close to Penn Station. Being right off Broadway, I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved our recent stay at Hyatt in Midtown Manhattan. Our room was beautifully designed and utilized every inch of space. Although we heard some noise from neighboring rooms, we still had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect - within walking distance of Times Square. The staff was accommodating and always had a friendly smile. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - situated between Broadway and 5th Avenue. Fantastic for exploring the city. The beds were comfortable and perfect for a light sleeper like me. The room was modern, clean, and had a great sized TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The coffee maker on the nightstand was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy my morning coffee in bed. a great experience and I will definitely come back.

The hotel was so cozy and comfortable, I didn't have any complaints at all.

The leaky shower door was not fixed after two reports. Room was left uncleaned twice. Inconveniently unable to eat in bar area. Noisy AC. Room not ready at check-in time, waited 45 mins. Asked for late checkout but was initially charged for it. Cockroaches seen on rooftop. City view not available. Rooftop bar only open on Fri and Sat. Indifferent staff, except for Brenda in rooftop bar. Customer care described as atrocious.

The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was always clean, and the use of space for storage was interesting. The rooftop bar offered cool views and allowed me to enjoy a drink while gazing at famous landmarks like the Empire State Building.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and just a 5-minute walk to Times Square. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The subway station was also close by, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and modern furnishings that made my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

Lack of communication about anniversary room decoration.

Great central location near transportation, shops, and Empire State Building. Clean, spacious rooms with daily housekeeping. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Great Location: The hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and had easy access to the subway. It was an ideal spot for exploring the city and visiting tourist spots.

Small Room Size: The room was quite small, reminiscent of European hotel rooms. It felt a bit cramped and lacked space to move around comfortably.

The hotel is in an incredible location, very close to Times Square and conveniently close to several subway stops. Despite being right in the center and close to everything, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was. The rooftop bar was definitely one of the highlights, a nice place to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the city.

The gym was a bit small for my liking, but it was manageable.

The staff were amazing, recommending a spa day with a discount and providing exceptional service. The breakfast at the nearby Herald round the corner was great, and they offered a discount with the room keycard. The free coffee in the reception was a nice touch. The room was comfortable, and the rooftop view of the Empire State Building was refreshing.

The room at Hyatt Herald Square was newly renovated with modern furnishings and plenty of lighting and storage. The hotel also has a nice rooftop lounge with great views of the city. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.
