our room with balcony views of the ocean was lovely. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the outdoor bar had a fun beachy vibe with live music. the safety features, like using key cards for the elevator, made us feel secure. the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, too.

The Hyatt House exceeded all expectations! The ocean view room, friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location made our anniversary trip unforgettable. A minor inconvenience with the parking garage was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service and amenities.

The views from Hyatt House Virginia Beach/Oceanfront were absolutely stunning, with private balconies offering a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. However, I found the cups inside the cupboard to be unclean, which was a little disappointing. The ambiance was wonderful, and I enjoyed a delightful evening at the oceanfront bar, sipping on a refreshing drink while taking in the majestic ocean waves. The indoor garden provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The $20 parking charge, in addition to the valet tipping, felt a bit excessive, and the outdated bedding could use some improvement.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar, and it proved ideal for business trips. The free printing service in the 24-hour Business Center was convenient for last-minute meetings. The conference space, along with the efficient dry cleaning/laundry services, made work-related activities hassle-free.

I missed having a quality vent or dehumidifier in the bathroom, as it felt sticky at times, impacting the comfort during work-related stay.

Me and my squad had a blast checking out the eco-adventures and dolphin tours nearby. We even spotted some dolphins doing backflips - it was epic! The hotel's beachfront location was perfect for all our crazy adventures.

The only thing I'd wish for is a better late-night scene near the hotel for us party animals.

The spacious guest rooms with private balconies and Atlantic Ocean views provided a peaceful retreat, and the full kitchens in select rooms offered added convenience during my brief stay.

Despite the overall positive experience, I noticed that the hotel lacked consistency in maintaining cleanliness. I observed that the staff responsible for collecting trash around the hotel did not do so with the necessary frequency, leading to bags of garbage accumulating in some areas.

The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk with plenty of restaurants around. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the beach was breathtaking. the breakfast was always a winner with the whole family, with new options daily. the hotel offers valet parking, an indoor swimming pool, and easy beach access, which we loved. the hotel's commercial services and shops nearby were convenient, and we were impressed by the quality of service, especially after a long drive. From a pleasant welcome to a delicious breakfast, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. We noticed an unpleasant odor, possibly due to pets in the room before us.

I loved strolling along the boardwalk, pretending to be in a music video. The workout room was handy to break a sweat and justify all the indulgent cocktails I had at the bar.

The Wi-Fi was so slow that I could have run faster.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located at a nice end of the beach. The staff, especially Taylor and Cierra, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was convenient and the room service was nice. We appreciated the efforts made by the staff to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The room was nice and the balconies, although overlooking each other, were still acceptable. The facilities were well maintained and the property felt secure. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the hotel's location near the beach was great. The WIFI service was also excellent, allowing all five of our devices to connect without any issues.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beaches and spotting dolphins with the eco-adventure tours. The kids were thrilled to see the dolphins in their natural habitat and the guides made the experience so enjoyable for the whole family.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the family experience.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a heavenly view of the ocean. The hotel facilities were great, with a restaurant that served delicious food. Parking was super easy and close, and we loved how they provided beach and pool towels. The staff, especially Antonio, Mario, Mr. Price, and Ms. Denise, were amazing and very helpful. There were many restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the whole place was super clean - even with beach sand coming in. perfect spot - close to everything – we walked everywhere. loved the breakfast and the staff were really nice.
