Great functionality in rooms, with plenty of space that accommodates everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location offered easy access to food, entertainment, and shopping. The food was delicious with an outstanding view. The rooftop area was a perfect spot for relaxation.

The hotel's location near public transportation is great, allowing for easy access to the city center. Plus, the area has several nice restaurant options nearby. The room was clean & spacious, with a nice view of the city skyline. The bathroom was in good condition with plenty of hot water. Breakfast had good variety with fruit & hash browns, even if it was the same every day.

The constant noise from both the street & neighboring rooms was very disruptive.

The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax with stunning views. The spacious and modern room made for a comfortable stay. Although the breakfast was basic, it was included in the very reasonable price. I highly recommend Hyatt Place.

For a city trip, it is important to be in a location convenient to restaurants and transport, and this hotel delivers. The view from the room showcased the city skyline. The hotel offered complementary snacks and bottled water as well as a simple breakfast to start the day. Plus, the thoughtful touches in the room added to the experience.

The traffic noise, while hard to avoid in a city location, did disrupt sleep. The pull-out sofa smelled like it had recently hosted a dog, which was unpleasant.
