The Extended Stay America Premier in Independence impressed me with its wheelchair-accessible rooms and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The room had a nice setup and seemed very clean, although there was a large red stain near the couch in our room that was never removed by housekeeping during our stay. The hotel location was convenient, close to Brandywine Falls, offering easy access to recreational opportunities nearby.

It would have been reassuring to see the hotel enforcing the mask rule for the safety of all guests.

The room was very spacious and accommodating. The staff went beyond by getting us some things we forgot to grab for our daughter's 8th birthday party that we threw at the hotel. The staff was very personable and accommodating from the front desk, the manager, cleaning staff and shuttle drivers. Everyone was helpful and they were very friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were wonderful, so comfortable. Their daily breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Loved the disposable coffee pod trays. BBQ chicken flat bread from room service was awesome! The bed was comfy. The room was very very clean and these days you need to be saneed to be safe and I felt very safe. The staff was exceptionally nice they answered your questions with a smile on their face and they helped you whenever they could. My granddaughter accidentally touched something hot in the breakfast area and the clerk helped us she was exceptionally nice she gave us a bag of ice. My granddaughter did not hurt herself and her finger was OK but before we checked out that clerk asked about her which I thought was Very nice and Above her Regular duties.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious, with a separate sitting area that doubled as an extra bed. The layout was great, with a bar sink that could also be used as a vanity. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge in the room. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of options to choose from and the staff did a great job replenishing the food. We also appreciated the quietness of the hotel, as we never heard any noise from other guests or the hallways. Furthermore, the hotel was located in close proximity to many restaurants, which made it easy for us to find a place to eat.

Couldn't stay longer!

They assisted us during check-in and provided great service at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was one of the best we've had at a hotel, with a nice buffet offering various options. The room size was perfect for our family, especially with the extra sofa bed. The pool area was clean and inviting. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, with easy access to downtown Cleveland and the vibrant 4th Street in Independence.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. The staff was awesome, always providing plenty of supplies like towels and shampoo. The breakfast was great and definitely worth it. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway.

We faced an issue with a loud party close to our room which lasted until the early hours of the morning, disturbing our sleep. , there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the hallway, which was not addressed effectively by the hotel staff.
