We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The fitness center was up-to-date and the full Starbucks on site was a nice perk. Despite a small issue with our room service order, the staff quickly corrected it with a smile. a wonderful experience.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, with easy walking distance to attractions and the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and excited about pleasing.

The breakfast option could be improved by clearly indicating the charge for the buffet on the booking site and at the entrance.

We loved the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the hot water and great shower power. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the convention center and the theater where we were going. The fact that the hotel was in a fare-free zone made transportation easy, with the free main street trolley line just outside. Additionally, the staff took great care of us, providing water bottles, study rooms, and catering for our breakfast and lunch during the Bar exam.

Conveniently located in downtown Buffalo, the Hyatt Regency provided a comfortable and clean stay for our conference. The lobby bar offered a good selection of drinks and the food in the convention center was above-average. The staff at the front desk was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Convention Center where our event took place. We were within walking distance of most attractions and downtown attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and nicely decorated rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, providing us with great hospitality.

The hotel had a friendly and welcoming staff, which made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and basic, but had everything we needed including a mini refrigerator. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the convention center. We also appreciated the availability of a well-equipped gym, which had a variety of fitness equipment.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of proper communication regarding the room arrangements. We were initially given a room with only one bed, despite having made a reservation for three people.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency for a quick overnight trip. The staff was friendly, and the chef even helped out at the front desk when needed. The room was spotless and I had a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

The walls were quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms and outside could be heard easily. The internet connection was extremely poor and practically unusable, even after paying for an upgrade.

The hotel had a great location for exploring and was close to lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the in-room coffee maker with lots of coffee choices. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar had a good selection of drinks.

The hotel seemed a bit worn down and outdated. The room had a bit of a musty smell and the furniture was scuffed and worn.

The staff was accommodating, friendly, and professional. They recommended a restaurant and provided transportation. The Chef went above and beyond, even picking us up from another restaurant. The facilities were clean and the location was great.
