My stay at Horseshoe was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed and the atmosphere throughout the facility was amazing. The staff was extremely accommodating and flexible in meeting all my needs. I was especially impressed with TJ, the night manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The casino and buffet were also highlights of my stay.

While everything else was great, the check-in process took longer than expected and the room wasn't properly cleaned. Additionally, the room lacked a microwave, which meant I had to go to the casino area to eat and sometimes faced long waits for food.

Additionally, the presence of a Starbucks on-site was a nice touch, although it would have been even better if it operated 24/7 like before.

The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful. The amenities mentioned were not up to par, with a malfunctioning mini fridge, a slow-draining shower, and a barely functional blow dryer.

Loved spending Christmas Break in the mountains! Best aspects were the cozy room and amazing food! We were treated to complementary hot cocoa and cookies and loved being just a short walk away from all the hiking trails. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Plus, we were able to take advantage of the complementary ski shuttle service!

Dislikes were the limited entertainment options and lack of nightlife. We thought there would be more activities to do after dark and were disappointed to find that the hotel was relatively quiet.
