The breakfast was amazing, especially the omelet bar. the staff was friendly and quick with their service. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary updates. the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. the location is fantastic, with popular restaurants within walking distance.

While my stay was mostly positive, I did notice a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the hot tub wasn't working, and there was a delay in fixing the hot water in the shower.

The views at La Copa Inn were spectacular, perfect for witnessing both the sunrise and sunset. The pool and sea views from our private balcony were a real treat, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxation. The fourth-floor dining area provided a lovely setting to enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful sights of Laguna Madre Bay and the Queen Isabella Causeway. However, the best part of my stay was the thoughtful and accommodating staff who made an effort to ensure our comfort during our visit.

The pool area was extremely crowded at times, detracting from the peaceful atmosphere and making it challenging to enjoy.

The property was nice although a bit dated. The staff were very accommodating and quickly fixed an issue with our AC. The pool was clean daily and having direct beach access with a convenient shower was a plus. The free breakfast, especially the taco bar, was a hit. I enjoyed the beach park nearby for family bonding and the various relaxation amenities like the spa and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a bonus. We'll definitely come back. My only minor issues were not being able to see the ocean from our balcony and a non-working lamp that wasn't fixed as promised.

Breakfast spread had me feeling like royalty with made-to-order omelets and tacos. Poolside bar served up $3 happy hour winners. Direct beach access? Sign me up! Cons: Rooms could use some elbow grease, and ice machines were on strike. But hey, the staff was a ray of sunshine. I'd give it a go again. Finally got some beauty sleep after listening to a symphony of running feet, sand in my bed, and a breakfast devoid of choices. Staff couldn't care less about my complaints.

The halls were as filthy as my room, the phone barely functioned, and the ice and vending machines were out of order. The pool felt like a water park with rowdy splashers.

The amenities were top-notch, including a spa that was incredibly relaxing. We were also impressed with the on-site car park, luggage storage, and fitness centre. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The laundry service was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV in our room was great for some evening entertainment. The lift made it easy to get around. We appreciated having a kitchenette for quick snacks and meals. The business centre was a useful space for catching up on work. The express check-in/-out option was a time-saver. We felt like VIPs with the VIP check-in/-out service. The billiard tables were a fun addition to the game room. The location offered a plethora of exciting activities, such as canoeing, fishing, snorkelling, diving. The aqua park nearby was a hit with the kids. The beach access was convenient and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided a perfect spot to relax. The children's play area was a hit with the little ones. The wheelchair access was appreciated. It's great that this hotel allows pets. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. There was a strict no smoking policy on site. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at La Copa Inn Beach for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The beach access was incredibly convenient, allowing me to relax and soak up the sun just steps away from the hotel. The restaurant and bar were also great, providing a relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. The spacious and clean room made my stay even more enjoyable, and the WiFi was a great bonus. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay, and the game room, bar, and pool provided plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at La Copa Inn Beach! The location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was exceptional and constantly cleaning. They always made sure to ask if there was anything they could do for us. The level of service was above any 4-star hotel I've stayed at. Special shoutout to the gentleman who checked us in, his customer service skills were outstanding. He deserves a raise!

The beachfront location was perfect for relaxing walks along the boardwalk, and the room with two comfy beds and a small balcony provided a cozy retreat. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a drawback, and better soundproofing would greatly improve the overall experience.

The hotel's decoration was so charming and homey, with lovely coastal touches that made me feel like I was truly on a beach vacation. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating where I could relax and enjoy the ocean views. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility very accommodating, with easy access to the beach and general facilities, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my stay.

The oceanfront location was ace, so close to the beach and attractions. Wish breakfast had more variety though. But overall, a smooth stay with top-notch service and clean digs!
