The rooms have been recently renovated and feel luxurious. No pet smells or hair found. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The staff were exceptional, and the breakfast was great, with the food always being kept warm and refilled regularly. Little touches like these made the stay very pleasant.

The updated flooring throughout the hotel was a nice touch. Being within walking distance to local services and venues, such as the nearby church, was a major advantage.

Some staff lacked customer service skills, and there were issues with the card keys and the functioning of the microwave and hair dryer. The cleanliness of the exterior areas was also a concern, with spiderwebs being a constant annoyance.

I was really happy with the value for my money at La Quinta in Kingwood. The room was nice and updated, and the location was perfect for visiting my family. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Cindy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even making me a killer cocktail.

We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and fluffy scrambled eggs. our stay was clean and comfortable, with accommodating staff who were always willing to assist us. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area and access the airport.

While there were a few minor issues, such as traffic noise and a slightly sticky floor, they didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at check-in were polite and professional, and they were very helpful when there was a mix-up with my booking. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, right off the freeway and close to the airport. The room was super clean, with plenty of towels, and it was very quiet at night. The hot breakfast was delicious, with scrambled eggs and hash browns, and there was plenty of coffee available. the staff and facilities made my stay very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, from the morning attendant who provided excellent service during breakfast to the gentleman at the front desk who allowed us an early check-in. Amenities were functioning properly and the wood flooring in the room was decent. Though we did not see the bar open, we assumed it was available while we were out. a satisfactory stay.

Over Thanksgiving, we stayed in a beautiful hotel with excellent service and warm hotel staff. We were welcomed with two complementary treats in our room and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed the spacious room and the cozy bedding that gave us restful nights.

We were disappointed by the poor sound insulation of the room, as we could hear our neighbors having loud conversations. the breakfast could have been wider in choice and more healthy options.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the designated pet area and the fact that we were able to bring our pets with us. The room was nice and we enjoyed the comfortable amenities. Some staff members had great customer service skills, especially the morning attendant during breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The amenities were all in working order, and although we didn't see the bar open, we assumed it was available during our time away from the hotel.
