The service is outstanding, with friendly staff and attention to detail, such as the cookies offered free in the evening. The basic amenities include a microwave in the rooms and free breakfast with more options than the average LaQuinta.

The hotel had a gym and an indoor pool with a hot tub, which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants, shopping areas, and nature trails nearby.

The cleanliness of the carpet in the room could have been better, as it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The pillows and mattresses in the room were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The entire facility was very nice & clean in & out. The staff was very nice & friendly. Our room was very clean, roomy, with free internet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, the lady in charge was on top of everything & very friendly.

The doors are so old that they are cracked and in need of replacement and rooms are in need of a complete upgrade, the furnishings are old and falling apart. The bed was so uncomfortable that I didn't get any sleep, it was like laying on a board and cement.

The hotel is conveniently located down the road from many stores and near all the places we visited in the Ruidoso area. Our room in the "bedroom" area was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ruidoso Downs and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional; we felt like we got a great deal for the price we paid. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the well-maintained outside pet area to the cookies that were provided in the evening - a lovely touch! The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore downtown Ruidoso and visit all the places we had planned to see. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and attentive. The basic amenities in our room, including the microwave and equipment, made our stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We stayed at La Quinta in Ruidoso for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The separate living room was a great feature, and having two entry doors for the restroom was convenient. The hotel's location offered beautiful views, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the reasonable price for our stay. This is definitely one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels in Ruidoso, and we highly recommend it to anyone heading to this area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and had free internet. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast had a good selection. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing the main street and the parking was in front of the hotel.

The breakfast ended quite early and by 8:15 am, some items had run out. The coffee tasted off and the in-room coffee station was not satisfactory.

During our recent stay at La Quinta, my husband and I had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, friendly, and welcoming. It felt like a special Christmas gift to ourselves. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends visiting the area. we had a great experience.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options including dry cereals, fruit, bagels, and toast. The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh. The staff, especially Neva and Matthew, were accommodating and helpful. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day.
