The staff at this hotel were the most helpful and courteous we have encountered in years of travel. They made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel and rooms were clean, with comfortable furnishings and efficient elevators. The location, although 6 blocks from the beach, offered immediate access to Uber and the hotel car for short trips. If you enjoy walking for exercise, there are many beautiful routes in the residential neighborhoods behind the hotel.

Stayed at a hotel close to Main Street with great dining options, especially for vegetarians. Also within easy walking distance to the beach and pier. The Getty Villa was a quick drive away and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby Marmalade cafe. The hotel had a spacious and well-appointed bathroom, and we were pleased with the prompt delivery of a robe and coffee machine. Finding street parking saved us from the high daily charge. The heated pool was a hit with the teens in our family and the extended hours until 10:00 p.m. were convenient. Appreciated the complimentary car service within 2 miles and the friendly, helpful staff.

The location is convenient and close to everything. Just a 7-minute walk to the beach and near to a range of restaurants and shopping options. The hotel staff were very up to date on the status of the cab.

Some guests complained about poor customer service and inconvenience in getting their cars and bags from the valet service.

I stayed at Le Meridien Delfina for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and amenities. The resort fee was truly worth paying for, with free parking, valet service, and transportation within a 2 mile radius. The complimentary use of bicycles for 4 hours was a unique and enjoyable feature. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and valet, were friendly and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The clean rooms and the fantastic view from the balcony added to the overall positive experience. The location was ideal, close to interesting neighborhoods and great restaurants.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel staff, especially Hugo in the concierge, couldn't do enough for us. They were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being only a couple of blocks away from the beach and the shopping area. It was also very convenient to have free valet parking and fast WiFi available. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities, particularly the pool, provided a great escape from the busy Santa Monica Pier.
