This place is in an amazing location, right by Gondola 1 and close to shops and restaurants. We loved how convenient it was to ski in and out from the hotel. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were also great, from the comfortable sitting area to the tea and coffee facilities available all day. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, and the front desk was excellent in assisting us with any questions or requests we had. this hotel offers a great deal and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great location right by the Gondola, perfect for a ski weekend getaway. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, and the included breakfast had something for everyone. Having a car service available was a bonus for getting around town easily.

The lack of complimentary coffee/tea/water in the room . The noise from the traffic on I-70 kept us awake at night when we had to keep the windows open for fresh air.

Conveniently located close to the main gondola and restaurants, this hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms, with great bathroom facilities and superb customer service. The breakfast is hearty with a variety of options, and ski valet is a particularly welcome convenience. The maid service is quick to attend to any extra requests and the afternoon treats are a nice touch.

Some rooms may suffer from external noise, but this appears to be a specific problem with the location of certain units and should be looked out for when making a reservation.

We stayed at this hotel for a nearby event and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Unlike other hotels in the area, our pool was still open in September and the temperature was perfect. The location was easy to find with underground parking and EV chargers available. The free breakfast had a great selection and the staff was friendly. The hotel is just a short walk to the lift and they even provide ski storage near the Gondola. We loved the hot tub and the added bonus of complimentary slippers and robes. a lovely hotel in a great location.

We had a great Easter vacation at this hotel. The location was perfect - right in the heart of everything. We appreciated the friendly and professional staff. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and gave us a good start to the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were cozy. We also enjoyed the HD TV and the plenty of parking available.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked some of the expected polish of a highly regarded resort. The lack of AC was a downside, especially during warmer weather.
