Loved the location right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The convenience of having the beach chairs provided was a plus. Also, the fact that the hotel had an elevator was very helpful, especially for my elderly father.

The parking area was quite limited and we were not allowed to park our truck on the premises. We weren't informed about this beforehand and had to pay an additional $20 to park our car in the lot.

It's conveniently located near Watch Hill shopping, Mansions, Block Island, Narraganser Coast Guard House Restaurant, and Newport attractions.
