The Lodge At Flat Rock was a fantastic find. The room was immaculate and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The cozy mountain decor in the lobby, along with the Christmas decorations and holiday music, added a nice touch. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but still close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Can't wait to visit again!

Convenient location near the Biltmore without the high rates of staying in Asheville.

The water pressure was a bit low, but manageable. There were some minor issues with the kitchen being poorly stocked, with limited utensils and dishware.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and upbeat, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lobby was always clean and well-maintained, creating a good first impression. Additionally, the walk on the hotel grounds was absolutely beautiful and provided a peaceful escape.

Our room was located across from another room with a noisy dog that barked frequently, which disturbed our peace. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from a deep cleaning, as there were heavy, slamming doors throughout the day and late into the night.

As party people, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, from quickly replacing lost room keys to pointing out convenient outlets for phone charging. The employee who checked on the fire pits for our gathering was amazing. The comfortable beds, the ambiance of the waterfall and trail, and the cozy fireplace gave us a wonderful woodland experience. The staff also recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of options. We felt right at home with the warm and inviting Christmas decorations in the front lobby.

I loved the cozy and spacious room I stayed in at The Lodge At. It had a full-sized fridge, a stove top and a microwave - perfect for my longer stay. The chocolate treat on my bed put a big smile on my face. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.
