In particular, the staff here was shocked to hear about my past negative experiences with other hotels and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and valued.

The jacuzzi was cold, the shower was dirty, the wifi was terribly slow, and I found a big palmetto bug in my bed. the electrical outlet was exposed, and the staff failed to address my complaints or provide any follow-up.

The staff's sweet attitude towards my old parents on my first stay made me choose this spot every time. It has all I need - Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and more. Perfect for me. Can't wait to return for my next trip.
