The location of the hotel was perfect, with an easy trail down to the beach and an amazing ocean view from certain rooms. The rooms were well-furnished with fireplaces, king sized beds, and large separate showers and tubs. The breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options, and the innkeepers were attentive to dietary restrictions. Additionally, the open areas were great to relax in and enjoyed complimentary coffee, soda, and other refreshments.

The absence of a thermostat control in the room made it difficult to regulate temperature.

The Ocean House in Newport exceeded all expectations. The jacuzzi tub was a luxurious treat, the breakfast was excellent with a friendly chef, the facility was well-maintained and clean, and the location was perfect with beach access. The open areas to relax and enjoy the view were a lovely touch, and the homemade cookies and free wine at check-in were delightful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The communal deck with a firepit is perfect for relaxing and the main house has comfortable seating options. The rooms are cozy with fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs, plus the fresh homemade cookies were a nice touch.

Got a free breakfast and had a beach view from our room. The location was simply amazing with only a short walk to the beach. The huge advantage was that the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was very dirty and overpriced, not at all what we expected. The bed was uncomfortable and made strange noises when we moved, making it hard to sleep.
