The two balconies overlooking the beach provided a beautiful view, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a nice variety and friendly staff. The on-site Starbucks was convenient. The indoor lazy river and hot tub were enjoyable, although a draft was present. Free DVD movies were a nice touch, and the convenient location made exploring nearby attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach easy, enhancing our family bonding experience.

The room at Patricia Grand was updated, clean, and offered comfortable beds. We enjoyed a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean and pool area. the location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants. Parking was easy and convenient.

Unwind in a roomy Ocean View 1-Bedroom King Suite, featuring 1 king bed, 1 full Murphy bed, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living area connected to your own private balcony with a partial ocean view. The nearly wall to wall glass allowed me to enjoy beautiful views of the beach and ocean from anywhere in the living room. It was like having a front-row seat to nature's greatest show!

Balconies are very close together.

Indulged in scrumptious Indonesian delights at local joints, like Magnolia's at 26th. Stellar views from 2 beachfront balconies and warm pools. The local eats at Carolina Pancake House and Mexico Lindo were top-notch.

Encountered a few quirks like hair in the tub, suggestive wall art, and a creaky bed. But hey, even with these hiccups, the essence of Myrtle Beach shone through.

I keep returning for city breaks. They saved me with a late check-in once. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. The place suits me perfectly with AC and non-smoking rooms.

The room at The Patricia Grand was nice and clean, with beautiful oceanfront views from the two balconies. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

The water park was epic with non-stop slides and lazy rivers. Plus, we hit up the boardwalk for arcade games and the Family Kingdom amusement park. And guess what? All of these sick activities were totally free for us hotel guests!

All we needed was a wild party spot near the hotel for some late-night fun.

The thoughtful provision of a variety of weekly activities for children and families made our stay even more enjoyable. It kept my kids entertained and engaged, allowing us to relax and unwind.

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't call to inform us about my daughter's lost toy, her beloved Teddy.

Beds were comfy, super pet friendly, and staff helpful! The location was fantastic for the beach, a car is needed for other spots, and the convenience store on-site was a plus. Enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The only downer was the lack of privacy on the inside balcony view, would've preferred more seclusion. a solid stay with some minor room for improvement. 🏖️

Patricia Grand - Oceana Resorts Vacation Rentals had a fantastic beach location, incredible views, and convenient beach chair rentals. the room was clean, with soft sheets, plenty of towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. the pool was relaxing, and the on-site grocery store was handy for forgotten items. a comfortable and pleasant beach vacation spot.

Uncomfortable bed, noisy shower, stray hair on the floor, and sand initially. At times, unclear instructions for towels, trash, and housekeeping.

the beach access 🌊 was incredible! the staff was friendly and fast with complaints. But dirty towels, dust, and no view were a bummer. A nice stay. 😊

My family and I had a blast at Myrtle Waves Water Park, with its thrilling water slides and lazy rivers. The unlimited admission was a hit, and the nearby Family Kingdom amusement park and SkyWheel added to the excitement. Plus, the free guest privileges, including mini-golf at Lost Mine and access to Wild Water & Wheels, were fantastic family-friendly activities.

My kids wished there were more options for children's activities.
