Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the excellent room cleanliness, plus the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel's location was ideal close to the attractions and the festive spirit of Christmas was in the air.

The noise from construction work on the street in front of the hotel was incredibly frustrating, particularly in the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. there were some noise disturbances from trucks and people talking, which disrupted my rest.

I arrived at Plumpjack Inn for a last-minute trip and was pleasantly surprised by the availability of rooms. Despite arriving early in the morning, the staff not only allowed me to park in the guest lot but also offered an early check-in. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with helpful staff offering assistance and making me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was stunning, with one of the best hikes I've experienced starting right on the doorstep. The waterfalls and epic views were truly spectacular. Although some reviews mentioned the need for updates, considering the price, location, and service. I highly recommend this hotel.
