During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax. We particularly enjoyed the balcony in each room, which allowed us to enjoy fresh air and take in the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The hotel could benefit from some updates, as the furnishings felt outdated and worn.

Traveled with family and enjoyed a comfortable stay at this hotel. Conveniently located and central to our planned activities. The friendly staff, particularly Victoria at the front desk, made check-in a breeze. She was professional, friendly, and efficient, even while training a new employee. The rooms were clean and it was a bonus that each room had a balcony for fresh air. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Not only were they clean and comfortable, but the breathtaking view from the balcony made every moment in the room special. The attention to detail, especially with the comfortable bedding, added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. Additionally, the inclusion of breakfast made our mornings even more enjoyable.

We had a decent stay during our city trip. The hotel was conveniently located near the casino, which offered great food and reasonable prices. The views from our room were also quite nice, and the rooms themselves were spacious and clean. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

There were some aspects that we didn't appreciate. The parking availability was awful, and it took us a long time to find a spot.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, we couldn't stop staring out the window. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Despite some minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

This hotel has an incredible location with breathtaking views of nearby mountains, including “Thumb Butte”. The staff was accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The basic amenities were sufficient and the prices were great considering the added bonus of a spa and casino located nearby. Breakfast was included and it was a lovely way to start the day.

The towels provided for the pool could have been of better quality.

The lobby area is well maintained and the restaurant serves a great breakfast. The room, though slightly worn, was comfortable. Parking was easy and check-in was hassle-free. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our balcony.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From the moment we checked in, they were friendly and accommodating. Victoria at the front desk was especially helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. And the best part was the sensational view from our room. It was absolutely breathtaking!

There were a few downsides to our stay. The room itself was in need of some repairs and renovations.

Everything was spot on.

During my xmas trip, I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and free parking offered by the hotel. The location was great, easily walkable to local attractions and restaurants. I really liked the indoor heated pool which was perfect during the cold winter days.

My experience was not entirely pleasant due to the fact that I could hear the construction work that was taking place throughout my stay. The noise was constant and quite annoying.

Beautiful Christmas decor and carolers, outdoor fireplace for sunset view, cozy heat on shuttle bus, great breakfast room service with respectful staff, enjoyable spacious suite with great view and clean indoor pool.

Located adjacent to the casino and close to many great restaurants & downtown, the hotel offers easy access to entertainment. Staff at the casino were reportedly welcoming, though service at the restaurant was found wanting. Additionally, the hotel's position offered some lovely views.

Regrettably, one staff member was reported to have very poor customer service skills.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. From the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable bedding and amazing views to the well-maintained facilities, everything was top-notch. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. I must mention the great location of the hotel, which offered breathtaking views and was conveniently close to downtown. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a fantastic bonus.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing major that I believe could be improved upon.
