The family-sized room with a little kitchen was convenient. Valery went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service, providing water and accommodating room changes. Conveniently located near lots of dining options and Old Town. The pool was a nice touch.

The views from the hotel were not the greatest, with garbage dumpsters and trash scattered around. However, the pool area was a welcome respite, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy some sunshine. One memorable interaction I had was with the friendly bartender who mixed up a delightful cocktail for me by the poolside. It was a thoughtful touch that made the afternoon even more enjoyable.

The room's door locking mechanism was quite finicky, causing some frustration during my stay.

Hidden Paradise

Kids loved the pool, husband enjoyed happy hour. Near Disney. Friendly staff in food services. A few room issues but overall a pleasant stay. Will recommend.

The newly renovated rooms were so comfy after our high-energy days at Disney's theme parks and Animal Kingdom! Plus, the breakfast buffet with its endless options kept us fueled for our adventures. The hotel's proximity to the car cruise was an added bonus, feeding our excitement for classic cars as we soaked up the lively atmosphere.

More late-night activities near the hotel would've been awesome for us youngsters looking to continue the party after the theme parks closed.

The suite was a great size for all five of us, with super comfy beds and a spacious sofa bed. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for my children who loved it. The location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant - it's close to all the parks, as well as Kissimmee entertainment and International Drive. Plus, the hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms, especially those down the side of the building, are clean and well-maintained. The staff here is top-notch, with the manager, Georgio, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, though a bit monotonous after a while, is convenient for early mornings before heading to the parks.

Especially the restaurant staff, who work so hard and always have a smile. the rooms are beautiful, clean, with granite counters, a microwave, fridge, pots. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area are perfect for relaxing, and breakfast, while a bit plain, is sufficient with a variety of options. the location is brilliant for parks, Kissimmee entertainment, and International Drive. You can walk to Walgreens, restaurants, and Old Town Orlando easily.

One thing that could be improved is that the pool closed a bit early – extending the hours would be great. it would be helpful if the hotel could clearly communicate any changes in room availability or facilities to guests beforehand for a smoother experience.
