The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting Disneyworld and has convenient access to shopping, a large supermarket, and many restaurants. The hotel is nicely decorated and offers modern and clean rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are lovely.

It is also surrounded by a variety of good quality restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. a nice 15 minute stroll will take you to Disney Springs, where you can enjoy shopping and entertainment. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service.

There were some complaints about the pillows being too soft and the AC being a little bit noisy.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short vacation to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The staff was absolutely wonderful, always attentive to our needs and very friendly. The facility was kept clean and neat, and the gym facility was great. The location was perfect, with easy access to Disney Springs and not too far from Universal Studios and the airport. The free WiFi and shuttle service were also a bonus.

Outdated and Musty Atmosphere, and Noisy Surroundings

My recent stay at a hotel near all the amenities was everything I was expecting. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was excellent. It was close to shopping, parks, and dining options. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband had no complaints. The only noise issue was a faint disturbance from the elevator, so I would recommend avoiding a room next to it. it was a perfect stay with excellent service and an amazing location.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 🌟
