Our stay at Residence Inn was overall pleasant. The spacious rooms and home away from home atmosphere made us feel comfortable. The attached parking garage with key card entry was convenient and had plenty of available parking. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, despite being a little far from downtown. The room was very clean and quiet, making for a peaceful stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast could have been better, especially the packaged egg sandwiches.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Spacious room, plenty of USB ports, complimentary full breakfast, shuttle service to local venues, and exceptional staff, especially Eric. No brainer choice for Cleveland!

The hotel also had ample natural light in the lobby and open common areas. Some of the facilities available included an attached parking garage with key card entry.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and hygiene, which left an unpleasant odor in the lobby and hallways.

The continental breakfast at Residence Inn was the best I've ever had, with options for every diet. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful environment.

I felt very comfortable during my stay and have no complaints.
