The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff and maintenance were very courteous and helpful. The front desk lady went above and beyond by picking up trash and pulling weeds. The breakfast staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The room layout was amazing and clean. The hotel was literally by everything. The staff and maintenance were VERY courteous at all times. Our front door area had standing water from recent rain and someone immediately came to sweep the water and place a door mat in front of the door. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was out picking up trash and pulling weeds the next day. That impressed us! The breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful too.

The hotel offered free breakfast and had a friendly and helpful staff. They provided brochures for local restaurants and even assisted with transportation services like Uber. The kitchen staff made breakfast feel like a warm, home-cooked meal, and there was a special surprise for my son's birthday. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Communication with the front desk was poor, causing unnecessary stress. There was a lack of professionalism and customer service when trying to extend my stay.

The hotel location is convenient to get to, near a freeway and easy to reach downtown. However, the noise from the highway can be bothersome. The rooms were mostly clean and spacious. Unfortunately, some had issues like dirty furniture, paint peeling off the walls, and broken leg tables. The breakfast was good, and the staff members like Ms. Michelle and Ms. Maria were very accommodating. They went out of their way to help clients in any way they could. Another plus is that they have a free hotel van that takes guests to destinations within 5 miles, which is helpful.

The facilities were outdated and old-fashioned and not up to the standard of a hotel as per some reviews.

The kitchenette in our suite at Sonesta Es Suites was well stocked, making our stay much more enjoyable. I appreciated having everything we needed to cook our own meals.

They even arranged for transportation to and from the airport, which was a great convenience. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was easy to reach downtown as well as other places we wanted to visit during our stay. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities we needed. it was a great value for money.

Our stay at Sonesta was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, well laid out, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the UTSW Medical campus. The staff was exceptional, every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more hot options like potatoes, bacon/sausage, or waffles.

During our stay at Sonesta, my family and I were delighted by the spacious and well-equipped 2 bed 2 bath suite. The kitchenette and ample closet space made us feel right at home. The multiple TVs in the suite were a nice touch. Although the smaller bathroom had a tiny shower stall, the larger bathroom provided a roomy tub. The outdoor pool was a great feature, and the free breakfast offered a decent variety of options including eggs, toast, fruit, oatmeal. The staff, particularly Michelle at the front desk, was friendly and provided excellent travel recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel for families.
