This hotel is a gem! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly – we were welcomed with a smile from check-in to check-out. The location of this hotel is perfect – just off the Bypass and Lloyd, close to restaurants and stores, and it's easy to get around Evansville. The breakfast was great – they had a good amount of options to choose from, and the common eating area was clean and inviting. The rooms with kitchen were fantastic – they are fully equipped and allow you to eat in, which is a real treat.

I stayed at Residence Inn for one evening and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly resolving an issue with my card at check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the woman working was incredibly patient with my kids. I loved that they had a basketball court for my son to enjoy. The location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants, as well as attractions like Ellis Park and Tropicana Casino. The 1-bedroom suite was spacious, albeit a bit dated, and the indoor pool and whirlpool were a nice bonus.

The breakfast was tasty and they offered complimentary beer and wine during the mixer. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, and near a relaxing pond. The indoor pool with the jacuzzi was great for relaxation after work.

During our stay at Residence Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. When we needed assistance with faxing and copying important documents, they were extremely prompt and efficient. One staff member, Requel, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even took the time to get to know us as long-term visitors. The front desk staff were also accommodating and patient, especially when we repeatedly locked ourselves out of our room. the great and helpful staff made our stay a memorable one.
