We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for a week while my daughter recovered from surgery. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Our spacious room had a separate bedroom and bathroom, perfect for our needs. The kitchen area was clean and well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was great, and the prices were very reasonable. We also appreciated the hot breakfast and the friendly staff. our experience at the Residence Inn was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was cozy and inviting, with a separate sitting area and a fridge. The hotel also had a park right next to it, with seating, picnic tables, and a grill for guests to use. The location was great, with easy access to the local Interstates, main streets, and the airport, as well as shopping, restaurants. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everything was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Kalamazoo East and had a wonderful experience. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with kitchen amenities was perfect for my family's visit. The unit served as a great gathering place for our birthday celebrations, accommodating both immediate and extended family. The breakfast spreads, especially the waffles, were a hit with my daughter and grandson. Despite a minor issue with the door key card locks, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even replacing our lost key card. The sidewalks were well-maintained and the housekeeping service was excellent. We had a comfortable and restful stay, making Residence Inn Kalamazoo East our new go-to place in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and convenience.

Enjoyed my Thanksgiving at this property. The free breakfast was amazing, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect for me, close to everything I needed. The size of the rooms was perfect for our family.

The building seems old and tired. The walls are thin and I could hear noise from other guests.
