I recently stayed at a hotel in New Orleans and had a great experience. The hotel, Sonesta Es Suites, had excellent facilities including a nice pool area, a half basketball court, and a delicious breakfast every morning. My son especially loved the milk machine that was available at all times. The location was also fantastic, close to major sightseeing locations and in a safe area. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a perfect stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully clean, making me feel right at home. The courtyard was a great place to relax, and I loved the pool and sports area as well. The workout space was decent and the hot breakfast provided a great start to my day. Plus, the location was perfect, being within walking distance to many sites and street cars. I will definitely stay here again!

Fab location, friendly staff- very clean and updated. Well-stocked and fresh breakfast. Conveniently located pool. Only 4-5 minute walk to parades. Nice big room with a desk for work. Well-supplied kitchen with a full-size fridge.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in the Warehouse District. The location, just a short walk away from the vibrant French Quarter, was perfect. The staff made me feel like family, always with smiles on their faces. The rooms were spacious, with a separate living area and kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast options were plentiful, with something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the hot and fresh food, served on plastic plates and cutlery to keep everyone safe.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with everything being just 6-7 minutes away. It was not far from the main tourist areas and situated in a very good neighborhood with nice restaurants around. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

I had a great stay at this modern hotel in a quiet area. The suite was spacious and clean with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. The breakfast was rich and enjoyable, and the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is adding more variety to the menu.

We stayed at Sonesta for a family vacation and it was incredible. The staff made us feel like part of their family and the hotel had a unique layout with huge rooms. The AC in our room was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was just the right distance away from the main attractions but still within walking distance. The local restaurants nearby were amazing. We truly enjoyed our time here!

During my transit in New Orleans, I found the proximity of Sonesta Es Suites to the nearest airport, just 19 km away, very convenient. the hotel's location, a mere 15 minutes' walk from Union, allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and the vibrant heart of the city.

The inconvenience of a minor error in my bill, despite speaking to the front desk multiple times, was a minor drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay at Sonesta Es Suites.

Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped with kitchenettes and comfortable king beds, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great selection of options and the service staff greeted us with smiles on their faces. Although the eggs were a bit hard, the overall breakfast experience was delightful.
