We couldn't be happier with our stay at Residence Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that was the best we've had during our travels. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the Wisconsin and Nauticus Museum, and the staff, especially front desk supervisor Cheryl Mathis, were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown activities and venues and a parking garage right across the street. The swimming pool did not appear clean, which was a significant disappointment for families.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved that they had a great selection of TV channels and free phone calls saved us during the storm. Also, the internet stayed up throughout the hurricane, which was a relief. The hotel's location near interesting restaurants was a major plus!

The only downside was that the room service was missed due to the hurricane, and there was mildew on the shower curtain plastic liner. Plus, the breakfast on Sunday was hit or miss due to staffing and kitchen issues.

As young holiday goers, we loved the clean and spacious suite that we stayed in. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and ensured our accommodations were well-prepped. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, allowing us easy access to downtown festivities and the nearby auditorium. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, providing a delicious start to our day.

The rooms had a cozy, apartment-like feel and we could check in early. The junior king suite was well-decorated and had a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, near the Chrysler Museum, light rail station, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff, especially Lawanda, provided excellent service at breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the bathroom, but management was quick to address it and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel.
