We loved the friendly greeting upon arrival and the early room availability notification. The hotel was spotless with plenty of helpful staff. Perfect location for easy walking to attractions. The shower size and water pressure were amazing, and the full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were a great touch. The attached 110 Grill offered excellent service and the breakfast waffles were a hit. The valet attendant, Jantaya or Janaya, was kind and suggested great restaurants and even called us an Uber. a very nice hotel experience.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The enormous room with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed made my stay very enjoyable. The location was also perfect for exploring the city center of Providence. Special mention to Jay, the hotel maintenance person, who provided excellent information and recommendations for places to visit. I sincerely appreciate his help throughout my stay at Residence Inn.

There were a few aspects that we disliked during our stay. Moreover, we were not informed that room service was only available upon request, leading to our room not being serviced.
