We felt like we got great value for our money with a comfortable room that had a convenient kitchenette and parking right outside. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the town and activities, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The cabin we stayed in at Rock Crest Lodge was private, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we wished we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect, close to attractions, restaurants, and the Mt Rushmore brewery. The staff at check-in were friendly and polite, making the process easy.

We had a fantastic stay! The lady who checked us in was friendly and the staff was very nice and helpful. The cabins and lodge looked great from the outside. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to the town and having parking right in front of our room. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit in Black Hills & Custer State Park. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

By far the best place to stay in town. Cleanliness: everything smells nice and clean, no spiders or bugs in the cabin. Hotel facilities: Deluxe room had extra space, plenty of towels for our family. Location next to Custer State Park which saves you about $15

The location of Rock Crest Lodge & Cabins was perfect for exploring Mount Rushmore and other nearby attractions. The cabin we stayed in was cozy and well-maintained. We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The continental breakfast provided was decent. we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Custer for a few days. The well-maintained cabins were perfect for our family, and we were impressed with the amenities. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and TV, and the table and chairs were a nice touch. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxation, and the continental breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially regarding our child's severe peanut allergy. We also enjoyed watching deer on the property in the mornings. The location was convenient, with Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park nearby.

The value for our money was excellent, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the location was perfect for visiting Crazy Horse Monument and Mt Rushmore. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

We had an amazing stay at Rock Crest Lodge & Cabins! The location was perfect, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very spacious. The housekeepers were incredibly helpful and hardworking, making our stay even more pleasant. The kitchen and living room in our cabin were great, and we loved spending time on the porch. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided a personal touch. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our child's severe peanut allergy. The cabin had a cute interior and a nice porch where we enjoyed watching deer in the morning. The bathroom had a separate heater, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the dedicated room near the lobby, equipped with a large ice machine, sink, restroom, and local info & brochures. Additionally, the lodge's proximity to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park was very convenient.

Good location in town, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Cabin patio overlooks noisy road, but back is beautiful woods. Staff is nice and helpful, cabin is clean with no musty smell. Nearby attractions include Custer park and Mount Rushmore. Would recommend cabin with kitchenette for longer stays.
