I had a wonderful stay at Schooner Landing in Newport. The size of the room exceeded my expectations - I thought I was getting a 1 bedroom, but ended up with 2 bedrooms, which was perfect for my family. The full kitchen was a great convenience and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We all had a great night's sleep!

One issue we encountered was that there was no beach access. This was a surprise for us as first-time visitors to Newport.

Steps away from ocean, clean apartment fit 6 comfortably. Parking available, close to free shuttle bus to town. Friendly front desk, pool and sauna amenities.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and adequately sized. The location was convenient and the unit was spacious. The maintenance staff were helpful and attentive. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and there was complimentary coffee.

the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great location on the ocean. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, with coastal trees and the sea right in front of me. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two full bedrooms providing plenty of space for me and my family. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, providing a great start to my day.

The only minor issue I had was that the decor felt a little dated, but it certainly didn't distract from my overall experience.

There were a few negative experiences during our stay. there was a leak under the kitchen sink, which was quite inconvenient.

My family and I stayed at Schooner Landing for a weekend getaway. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved being steps away from the ocean and enjoyed the big soaking tub with jets in the second bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we made use of the swimming pool and sauna. The small community feel and kids' pool were also a highlight. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back.
