The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was in good condition. The comfortable beds and well-maintained bathroom were a plus. I also enjoyed having a walk-in closet to store my belongings.

The area surrounding the hotel is still under development, with limited options for dining within walking distance. Additionally, the TV in the room was poorly positioned and uncomfortable to watch.

The hotel had brand new facilities and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness room were great amenities to have during my stay.

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near the soccer fields, making it easier for us to attend the tournament. the rooms were spotless and the staff was always ready to assist. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day.

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our room, which made us late to the tournament. if we took a shower at night, the light from the bathroom kept everyone else up.

The shower in our room was spacious and the bathroom overall was nice. We did have a small issue with the shower door, as it tended to dump water when opened, but it was manageable. The lights in the bathroom were tied to a motion detector switch, which was a cool feature, although sometimes it didn't turn back on in time due to the shape of the room. The TV signal had quiet audio at max volume, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

One drawback was that we had to have our money on a card instead of in cash at check-in, which was an inconvenience for us. We had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest working ATM and then back, all while dealing with tired kids late at night.

Located near an attraction and major highway, the hotel provides the convenience of both easy transportation and entertainment. The bed and bathroom are comfortable and modern. The availability of washers and dryers and complimentary breakfast offer a great value to guests. Elevators function quickly and the front desk provides excellent service.

One area of improvement could be the internet service, which may be quite slow at times.

My recent stay at Springhill Suites was exceptional. The hotel was immaculate and everything was very clean and organized. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and wants. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was convenient, just minutes away from everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Our recent stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient, especially for our kids' soccer games at Grand Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the availability of washers and dryers to clean our muddy soccer gear. The free breakfast had a great selection of food, although we missed having Raisin Bran and flavored-creamers. We also appreciated the ability to choose our check-in time and the later check-out option until noon. The lobby was spacious and accommodating, and the elevators were super fast. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
