I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and there was even a shuttle service available for transportation within a 2-mile radius. The location was perfect, being in a good area for access to the medical centers and also close to the NRG Stadium. I was excited to be able to see the stadium so close. The breakfast provided was delicious and not just a grab-and-go option. The staff, especially Evan at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. it was a wonderful experience.

The shuttle could have been bigger and more accessible for people with disabilities. These were the only downsides to an otherwise excellent experience.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the medical area and a metro train station, making transportation a breeze. The breakfast spread is nothing short of marvelous with dishes catering to everyone's palate. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms are neat and tidy, and guests are impressed with the prompt housekeeping services.

Sadly, there have been some negative experiences reported by guests involving security issues such as break-ins.
