This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and attention to detail. The location is great, with plenty of museums and parks just across the street. The staff was very friendly and the basic amenities in the room, like the microwave and refrigerator, were very handy. I also appreciate the two separate areas in the room and the healthy breakfast with lots of options.

All was ok.

I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The location was fantastic, close to the canal area and Victory Field for a game. The staff, particularly Ebony at check-in, were enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was comfortable, although the pillows were a little flat. The hotel also provided basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient. The inclusion of breakfast, with healthy options, was a nice touch.

The only small downside was that the breakfast experience could be improved. When I went down with an hour left, the selection was already picked over and some items were missing.

The room also had a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel's location was close to the Mall, restaurants, museums, and canal walking area. The complimentary breakfast served in the lobby was good. The check out process via the app was easy.

The hotel was very clean, and the modern décor added to the overall appeal. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, allowing for separate spaces for work and relaxation. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near various bars, restaurants, parks, and the river walk, making it easy to experience the city's attractions.

The staff was not very helpful in finding an alternative parking solution and suggested parking several blocks away, which did not feel safe. This resulted in us having to leave and find accommodation in another town, which was a terrible experience, especially with two exhausted and fussy children.
