Our room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom and shower. The underground garage provided secure parking for our car, and the hotel even allowed us to leave it there after check-out. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, including hot food that wasn't dried out. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The staff was helpful and made great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

As youngsters, we loved the clean and new facilities, the spacious and comfortable room, and the very good breakfast. The cooking staffs were considerate and even served breakfast half an hour earlier to accommodate early pick-ups for Yellowstone tours.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The amenities at the hotel were great - a pool and hot tub provided a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with main tourist streets just a short walk away. Plus, the spacious and comfortable room, especially the 2 queen suite, made our stay enjoyable.

The customer service was lacking. Our room was not cleaned daily as requested, and we had to call repeatedly to ensure it was done.
