What a memorable weekend we had at the Addison! The inn is perfectly located just a few blocks from downtown, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hosts, Lisa and Ron, were absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room was well-appointed, quiet, and very comfortable. We loved the late afternoon happy hours, where we had the chance to meet other guests and chat with Ron. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the Irish soda muffins in honor of St. Patrick's Day. The inn's hospitality was abundant and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great getaway!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was beautiful and charming, and not as crowded as other places in Florida. The inn was exceptional, operated by professional and gracious hosts. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area and taking advantage of special excursions. The charming inn itself was immaculate and the staff took great pride in maintaining it. The breakfast prepared by Shannon was always wonderful, and the happy hour hosted by Bob was a nice way to relax before heading out for the evening. we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The only downside we found was the small bathroom with a pedestal sink. There wasn't much room to place our personal items, like makeup and toiletries.

We are vegetarian and specifically mentioned our dietary restriction, but were served bacon. The quality of the food overall was below par, not at all like the innovative and delicious breakfast they promised on their website. However, Lisa tried to rectify the situation by offering us fresh fruit. It's a shame that the photos on the website don't reflect the reality of the breakfast experience.

Everything is what I need and want.

This hotel is ideal for both couples and groups, as it offers a great location to meet others and hear their experiences and recommendations. It is within walking distance to the historic downtown area, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Additionally, it is a short drive to the beautiful and clean main beach and Fort Clinch. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast, prepared by Lisa and Ron, is right out of Bon Appetit, and the happy hour on the veranda is a delightful way to unwind and socialize.
