The innkeeper was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The castle itself is stunning and the innkeeper was very informative about its history. The breakfast provided was the best continental breakfast we've ever had, fit for a king or queen. We also loved that we were encouraged to explore the castle grounds even after checking out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel nestled within the beautiful grounds of a 1000-acre NJ state park. The location was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views everywhere you looked. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, particularly the large, ceilinged bedroom that made me feel like royalty. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread that included eggs alongside the usual continental options.

I recently stayed at The Castle and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, with a vintage and antique feel. Though the parking was a bit further than I'd like, it added to the serene atmosphere. Brian, the staff member, was exceptional, friendly, and helpful. Only one major complaint: the rooms were freezing, except for the bedroom. Thank goodness for the spare down blanket in the closet! I plan on coming back as it's definitely worth a few nights' stay. I would just make sure to pack extra warm clothing next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, very vintage and antique, with the castle and beautiful gardens just a short walk away. The staff, especially Liz, the manager/innkeeper, were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Liz greeted us warmly and served us a delicious breakfast every morning, including homemade scones and egg soufflé. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the ample parking available.

The historical architecture and picturesque surroundings make this a perfect place for a romantic stay. I highly recommend this elegant hotel.
