The breakfast served each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. the staff's attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere made my stay truly memorable.

The flower art left by housekeeping was a nice touch. I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning in my spacious room, and the free continental breakfast was a bonus. Although the shower head angle was fixed, this didn't detract from an enjoyable stay. I recommend Grand Guesthouse.

Had an amazing stay over New Year at a charming guesthouse. The check-in process was simple and instructions were provided. The deluxe suite was very comfortable with adjustable A/C. Great value for money considering the location and free parking. Enjoyed the simple breakfast served outdoors and the 24/7 coffee availability. The staff, particularly John, were helpful and attentive. Didn't mind the walk to Duval as it was a quiet location.

Only downside was the lack of a pool, but everything else was perfect.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well decorated and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The WiFi is sufficient and allows for easy internet access. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is very good value for money, offering a wide assortment of drinks and snacks to choose from. You also have the option to rent a bike directly at the hotel, making it easy to explore the area.

The location was perfect, walking distance to many sites but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the historic area. The staff was helpful and kept the property looking great. They even gave us helpful tips about the quirky street layout.
