My partner and I were thrilled with our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the valet experience was quick and friendly, setting the tone for a wonderful visit. The staff at the front desk, especially Aida, made us feel incredibly welcome and even had our room ready for early check-in at noon. The room itself was beautifully decorated with top-notch amenities and a breathtaking view of the marina and pool from our balcony. We couldn't get enough of the club lounge, where every employee went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and make our evening special. The food and cocktails were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the treats and cordial after dinner. The beach club, a short shuttle ride away, was a highlight of our trip with its stunning heated pool and tiki bar right on the sand. We also had a fantastic dining experience at Jack Dustys, thanks to our wonderful server Danielle. Despite a couple of small issues, such as the lack of a breakfast buffet on some days and the need to drive or take the hotel bus to the beach club, we consider this one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the US. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and delightful stay.

During our Easter stay, we loved the beautiful beach club and the fantastic service provided. The beach was stunning and the staff was attentive and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's downtown location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

our room was smaller than we expected and lacked certain amenities, such as a working fridge. Additionally, there was construction noise nearby that disrupted our sleep.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The beach club was a pleasant surprise, with great food and a tiki bar. The main hotel's bar and lounge had a lively atmosphere with live music and dancing. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Pillow selection is great. Huge TV with clear picture. Prices on the luxury side. Parking is convenient with valet service.

The service at the hotel was outstanding, with every staff member being friendly and helpful. The room had a nice view of the harbor and marina, and the shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient.

The food and service at the restaurant in the marina location were not as good as at the beach club. The noise level inside the restaurant was also quite high, making it less enjoyable.

This hotel provides a truly luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach access. The live entertainment and multiple treatment rooms including body wraps, beauty treatments, waxing, manicure and pedicure, and facials add to the luxurious ambiance and make it a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The beauty of the hotel's location amplifies its advantages with stunning views of the beachfront that can be enjoyed while dining in the restaurant and a bar/lounge area with special diet menus.

The only minor issue noted was that the Jacuzzi could be improved. However, the heated swimming pool with a view more than makes up for it.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the attentive front desk and helpful restaurant recommendations from Kathy, to the wonderful servers like John at Jack Dusty and the fabulous front desk staff like Jackeline, everyone was professional and welcoming. The lead hostess Casie Hancock and the friendly Tabatha were also standout employees. Alejandra at the pool, along with an excellent pool attendant, made sure we had a great time lounging by the pool. The rooms were comfortable and the game room near the pool, especially the ping pong table, offered a fun way to spend time with friends. this was the best hotel experience I've had, with staff who truly went above and beyond.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The location exceeded our expectations, close to everything we hoped it to be. The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with top-notch amenities, including excellent toiletries in the spacious bathrooms. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, making us feel like royalty. Brunch was delicious, and the restaurant and bar had wonderful options and cocktails. The private beach club was spectacular with stunning views.

During thanksgiving, I stayed at a hotel with an exceptional location, providing easy access to the beach. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the staff throughout the duration of my visit. The complimentary valet parking and shuttle service were a great added bonus. The room décor was also aesthetically pleasing, and the views were breathtaking.

The added resort fee seemed unnecessary, especially for basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and gym access. some of the staff members, such as the concierge, could be inconsistent with their service.
