We absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with state-of-the-art modern furniture and equipment throughout. The staff was friendly and polite, especially the manager. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a cozy lounge area and a small but sufficient gym. The location was perfect, situated on the Upper West Side, a neighborhood with parks and relative quiet, away from the craziness of midtown. We enjoyed exploring the area and found lots of nice small restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, we were thrilled to be close to Central Park and several museums, including Columbus Circle.

Nothing bad to say. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at The Wallace! The location in the Upper West Side was perfect for me - away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but still close to Central Park and the subway. The Queen Suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely kitchenette. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the live entertainment in the bar. a great choice for my trip.

We loved staying at this hotel in downtown Manhattan. The location was perfect, with Central Park just a short walk away. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood and trying out the excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the city. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a fantastic shower. we had a great experience at this hotel.

That the hotel didn't have a bar or breakfast area, but we understood that they were considering adding these facilities in the near future.

The hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to the subway at 72nd street and to Broadway. It was also easy to reach Times Square from here. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, with great service from the staff. Breakfast was not mentioned but the fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch. Some rooms had a great view and there were a few facilities like the bar/restaurant or a suite upgrade.

Some guests mentioned external noise levels as a downside, but this was not directly related to the hotel.

The location was perfect, near great restaurants and shops, public transport and attractions.

The only minor issue was the absence of a bar/lounge area, which would have made for an even more enjoyable and relaxing stay. However, we understand that this may be a temporary issue and should be addressed soon.

Loved my Christmas stay! The best aspects were the friendly staff who even gave me complimentary champagne and cookies upon arrival, and the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from Central Park and close to the subway for easy access to all the sights. The beautiful lobby with cozy fireplace was another advantage that I enjoyed.

The worst aspect was the noisy ventilation that kept me up at night. there was some maintenance work being done outside that caused some disruption during the day.

That we couldn't get a late check-out, but the hotel was accommodating by securely storing our luggage until we were ready to leave.
