The facility is very clean, and I loved the refreshing smell as I first walked in. The rooms were nice and cozy, and the staff were very engaging and helpful. I had an amazing stay at a hotel in The Woodlands. The location was perfect and the staff at the lobby and pool were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Furthermore, my grandson, who has stayed in many hotels in the area, was blown away by the room and described it as the finest he has stayed in The Woodlands. I couldn't be happier that I could give him such a great graduation gift. I loved everything about my stay at this hotel - from the activities and staff to the property, pool, gym, spa, restaurants, live outdoor concert.
