The staff at Towneplace Suites went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was perfectly set up and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. The kitchen appliances were new and worked great, and having a full kitchenette was a huge plus. I also loved the free breakfast and the variety of snacks and drinks available in the lobby shop. The indoor pool was a big hit with my kids, and the location was very convenient for all the shops in the area. The hotel was clean and the wide hallways made it easy to maneuver luggage.

It would have been nice to have a more diverse selection available. Additionally, the closure of the pool and gym was a letdown, especially since we weren't informed beforehand.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, as it was close to the hockey rink and there were other amenities nearby. The indoor pool was a great addition and provided a fun way for the girls to relax between matches. this was a fantastic stay.

De familiekamer was ruim, met genoeg opbergruimte en een propere badkamer. Het hotel ligt op 500 meter van het station Termini, waardoor we makkelijk en goedkoop vanaf de luchthaven konden komen. Niet ver van het hotel zijn ook een paar goede restaurantjes te vinden. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam in verschillende talen. We konden overal makkelijk naartoe, zelfs te voet.
