The spacious lobby was a great place to hang out with our friends. We were able to relax in the lobby and catch up - without being interrupted by the staff. The breakfast was a plus, especially for someone like me who is on a high-protein diet. the location of the hotel allowed us to have easy access to a variety of restaurants.

While the lobby was spacious, the cleanliness of the hotel was not great. Some areas of the hotel were not very well-maintained.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and Jacksonville attractions. The rooms are amazing, with clean, fresh, and modern amenities. The service provided by the staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast, although more of a continental takeout, still smells good and is enjoyable. The hotel is next to a shopping complex, providing easy access to Walmart and other stores.

Parking can be a bit of a mess due to the shared parking lot with another hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the fact that no additional charges were added for my furry friend. I would highly recommend Towneplace Suites.
