The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Promenade shopping center for lunch and dinner options. The beautiful landscaping around the hotel created a serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside and overlooking the water while having breakfast, which was just right and reasonably priced. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of outlets in the room was a bit inconvenient. Although they provided splitters, it was still a hassle to reach down behind the nightstand into a tangle of wires.

The guest room was so spacious and comfy, with a lovely view of Bonita Bay. I particularly liked the separate seating area, and the flat-screen TV with plenty of channels - made me feel right at home!

Personally, I found the shower and separate tub a bit unnecessary, but I know some folks love that kind of thing.

The hotel is located on a beautiful lake which makes for a picturesque setting. My room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a nice bathroom. I was pleased to have a balcony to enjoy the view. Although breakfast was not included in my rate, it was reasonably priced and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Trianon Bonita Bay for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and the location of the hotel was perfect - I could easily walk to the mall and there were plenty of things to do nearby. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony that allowed me to enjoy the fresh air. The lobby and bar were impressive, and the bathroom was spotless. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
