The University Plaza Waterfront Hotel offers breathtaking waterfront views and well-equipped guest rooms. The panoramic views create a memorable setting, and the rooms with microwaves and flat-screen TVs ensure convenience. Despite sharing the space with noisy guests, the hotel's cleanliness and overall experience were excellent.

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice shower and a full refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was conveniently located near the convention center and had a beautiful courtyard with a pool, ping pong tables, and fire pits.

The pillows were uncomfortable, the bed was hard, and the air flow in the room was poor. The TV was small and there was no breakfast provided.

We had a great time at University Plaza! The courtyard with the pool, jacuzzi, and cabanas was amazing. The rooms were nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. I even enjoyed playing ping pong and pool outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed in my room, and the food was always brought to me hot and tasty. The rooms were fabulous, the grounds were well kept, and the security made me feel safe. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The view of the lake from my room was a nice bonus, and the towels were soft and large. The exercise room and pool were clean and well maintained. The outside courtyard was spacious and had amenities like pool tables and ping-pong tables. It was also a short walk to the convention center. The hotel's location was perfect for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive and kept me busy.

I stayed at this hotel for a family visit and it felt like a resort! The staff was excellent, making us feel attended to during our entire stay. The bar area was big and offered a great view of the outdoor space with pool tables, table tennis, and fireside tables. The menu was diverse and the food was delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was well decorated. The hotel also provided gated parking and on-site security, making it convenient and secure.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The room we had offered a beautiful view of the water and courtyard. We loved waking up to such a stunning sight every morning. The outside patio area was also a great place to relax and hang out with our friends. Additionally, the hotel had a tuck shop where we could grab some quick snacks.

This hotel is a hidden gem with excellent value for money. The attention to detail and service provided by staff make it stand out. The rooms are beautiful with nice decor and balconies offering a stunning view of the water. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost but worth every penny.

Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was well furnished with lovely amenities. The three outdoor pool tables, ping pong table, and swimming pool were all great fun. The setting was beautiful, with a great view of the river. We appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in our spacious room.

We found the customer service lacking in evidence. On one occasion, we had to wait for over 17 minutes to be served, which was frustrating.

The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. The property was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool area where guests could relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. there were some noise disturbances during my stay, including loud music from neighboring rooms and a loud drone from a wedding rehearsal by the pool.
